Each Voltdrop game that includes ads offers a one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. Look for it in the game's settings or pause menu. Once purchased, ads are permanently removed for that game on your account. If you switch devices, restore purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option in-game.
First, try the "Restore Purchases" button in the game's settings — this re-syncs your purchases. If the issue persists, close and reopen the app, then try again. Still nothing? Email us at [email protected] with your device type and the game name and we'll sort it out.
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through — we don't process them directly. For iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, go to your Google Play account. Apple and Google have their own refund policies and timelines.
Try these steps in order: (1) Force-close the app and reopen it. (2) Restart your device. (3) Check that you're running the latest version of the game from the App Store or Google Play. (4) Ensure your device OS is up to date. If it still crashes, email [email protected] with your device model and OS version.
Game progress is saved locally on your device. If you've reinstalled the game, switched devices, or cleared app data, progress may not be recoverable in our early titles. We're building cloud save into future games. Contact [email protected] and we'll help where we can.
To request deletion of any personal data we hold, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We'll process your request within 30 days in accordance with UK GDPR. You can also uninstall our games at any time to stop any further local data collection.
Our games are rated and intended for users aged 13 and over. They contain advertising and optional in-app purchases. We recommend parental supervision for younger players.
